30 days for saddles shipped to a USA address.
45 days for saddles shipped outside the USA.
Any saddle purchased directly from Koobi may be returned within 30 days- if from a USA address and within 45 days for international addresses- from the date printed on the packing slip for a full purchase price refund. We assume and encourage you to ride the saddle as much as possible during this period. If the saddle doesn't work out for you, just ship it back. Also, feel free to give us a call, as we may be able to suggest a different model and provide an exchange. Our toll-free number is 877.743.3566.

Saddles received beyond 30 days (45 days for international orders) but less than 60 days from the date printed on the Koobi packing slip are eligible to receive a 60% purchase price refund.

Saddles received beyond 60 days but less than 90 days from the date printed on the Koobi packing slip can be returned for a 30% purchase price refund.
