Koobi's Warranty and Repair Policy

Any saddle purchased directly from Koobi or an authorized Koobi dealer is warranted to be free of manufacturer's defects for one year. This does not include defects due to normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage due to incorrect mounting. To have a saddle reviewed for warranty repair or replacement, submit your saddle to place of purchase along with proof of purchase. The authorized Koobi dealer will then submit your saddle to Koobi. At our discretion, the saddle will be repaired or replaced.

• Warranty returns must include copy of your original packing slip or proof of purchase.
• It is not necessary to call or email us in advance.

Koobi also has extensive repair capabilities. If your saddle is in need of repair ship to our repair department & we will call you with a repair estimate. We can perform extensive repairs at a nominal charge.

Typical repairs charges are in the $15-$35.00 range. Installing new rail (both sides) is about $20.00 total per saddle. For PRS saddles we can ship you the rail & you can install or you can ship the saddle to us & we will install the new rail.
